HAM AND EGG PIZZA 
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped ham, or bacon or turkey
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1 c. shredded cheese (Swiss or Monterey Jack)

Spread rolls onto pizza pan to make crust. Saute onion in butter; add ham. Pour over crust. Combine and beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over ham and onion. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Makes 1 pizza.
