4 LAYER DESSERT 
9 oz. carton cool whip
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
18 oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk
2 boxes instant pudding
1 c. flour

For first layer: mix flour, butter and nuts. Mix together and press in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool 1/2 hour.

For second layer: Beat together 1 cup cool whip, powdered sugar, cream cheese, at room temperature. Beat until fluffy and spread over first layer.

For third layer: Whip together 2 small packages of instant pudding with milk. Pour over second layer.

For fourth layer: Spread remaining amount of cool whip on top of third layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate.
