NORWEGIAN KRINGLE 
PART ONE:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. water

Mix like pie crust and pat on cookie sheet in two long strips.

PART TWO:

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Heat water and butter to boiling, remove from heat and add flour. Stir until smooth. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Add almond extract; stir until mixed. Spread lightly on PART ONE. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. When done frost.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cream or milk
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. almond extract
