CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE 
6-8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can white dry wine
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
Fresh parsley
Parmesan cheese

Mix together soups and one soup can of wine. Pour over deboned and skinned chicken breasts. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Add 1/2 pound sliced or whole fresh mushrooms. Do not cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
