This is a great way to use the trimmings after lining pie pans or buy ready made crust. Roll out pie dough. Place on cookie sheet lightly spread with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Cut into strips. Brown at 350 degrees until flaky then eat and enjoy.
