Ham and Swiss Sandwiches

This recipe is definitely a keeper for an easy and delicious lunch. My mom and I had to make a few alterations because we didn't think it was necessary to run to the grocery store just to get dinner rolls and onion flakes, when we had a loaf of whole wheat bread and a green onion. The sauce is perfect, though we only added a teaspoon of onion instead of a tablespoon. The recipe did not specify on the type of mustard, so we used yellow mustard. We made 8 sandwiches and after baking they were delicious!!!

I used to make these years ago, everyone loved them. So glad to find the recipe again. I used dijon mustard, but otherwise it's the same.
