EASY EGG BAKE 
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. pork sausage, browned and crumbled
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Place above ingredients in greased 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mix:

4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 teaspoon salt (or more, to taste)
1 tsp. dry mustard

Pour mixture over bread, etc.

Refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30-40 minutes.

This recipe also works well with cooked, chopped ham.

12 servings.
