LATISHIA'S EASY EGG BAKE 
8 strips bacon (fried and crumbled)
1 dozen eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup ground sausage
2 cups frozen premade hashbrowns
8 slices cheese
1/4 cup sliced jalapenos (optional)
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook bacon. While bacon is cooking whip and blend in large bowl eggs and milk. Sit egg mixture aside. Cook sausage (or you can buy precooked sausage).

Spray a large baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Sprinkle evenly hashbrowns in bottom of pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over hashbrowns. Crumble bacon slices, then sprinkle bacon and sausage pieces evenly over hashbrowns.

Put pieces of jalapenos two inches apart over bacon and sausage till evenly spread in pan. Lay slices of cheese to cover top in pan. Slowly pour egg mixture evenly in pan till you see the cheese on top is mostly submerged.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes to 40 minutes - depending on oven heat variations.

Let cool for 5 minutes then ENJOY!!
