EASY SAUSAGE AND EGG BAKE 
4 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)

Tear up bread and place in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Brown sausage, drain fat. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard. Pour over mixture in dish.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. May be prepared night before.

This recipe is always a hit at my house. I have yet to have a complaint. I do add 2 extra eggs which results in about 5 minutes extra cook time. Other than that I follow the recipe to the T!! Thanks so much!
