EGG AND SAUSAGE BAKE 
8 slices bread
8 slices American cheese
2 lbs. sausage
14 eggs
2 tsp. dry mustard, if desired
4 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushrooms, if desired

Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan and lay bread slices on bottom. Place cheese slices on the bread. Crumble and fry the sausage and place on cheese. Beat the eggs; add mustard, milk and pour over above layers. Add mushrooms if desired. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

VARIATION: EGG AND SAUSAGE BAKE:

4 slices bread
4 slices American cheese
1/2 lb. sausage
4 eggs
1 c. milk
