EGG & SAUSAGE BAKE - SAUSAGE
FONDUE
 
8 slices bread
2 c. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. bulk sausage
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Cube 8 slices of bread in a 9"x13" greased pan (glass works best). Add 2 cups cheddar cheese. Cook and drain sausage. Sprinkle over bread and cheese. Beat four eggs, milk, mustard and pour over bread mixture. Let sit overnight. Before baking, dilute 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass) for 1 hour.
