EASY EGG AND CHEESE BAKE 
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese
7 eggs

Grate both the Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese. Mix both the cheeses. Sprinkle the cheese mixture onto a 9x13 inch pan. Grease the pan lightly, if using a rectangle pan (not necessary with non-stick pans). Pour 7 well-beaten eggs on the cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
