There are more ways to make a cheese cake than a full-rigged ship has lines. Well, here's one made without a crust.

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat above ingredients until smooth. Pour into a greased 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until slightly browned around the edges. Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 cups sour cream, 6 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Beat together above ingredients and spread over top of cake and bake 10 minutes more at 350 degrees. Cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.
