NO PEEK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream celery soup
1/2 can water
1 tsp. parsley
3/4 c. uncooked Minute Rice

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a shallow baking pan. Lay pieces of cut up chicken on top. Sprinkle with 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix. "Cover" with foil tightly. Bake 2 hours in 350 degree oven. Don't peek until done. (Do NOT SALT rice or chicken.)
