CAJUN SHRIMP 
1 lb. med. shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 sm. bay leaf
1 sm. clove garlic, minced

Saute shrimp in melted butter 2 to 3 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and add shrimp. Saute over medium heat 2 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Serves 4 over rice as a main dish or 8 as an hors d'oeuvre with toothpicks.
