CAJUN SHRIMP 
1 lb. shrimp
1 stick real butter
Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic
2 tbsp. white wine
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Peel and devein the shrimp. Prepare butter, wine, garlic and pepper in skillet. Stir shrimp in and stir fry until tender, approximately 6 minutes. If desired, grate real Parmesan cheese on shrimp.
