CAJUN SHRIMP 
3 lbs. peeled and deveined raw shrimp
1 whole green bell pepper
1 whole med. onion
1 lg. jar onion ragu sauce

Simmer pepper and onions in butter until tender. Add 1 tablespoon oil and large jar ragu sauce. Simmer for about 40 minutes and add raw shrimp. Simmer again until shrimp are tender. Season to taste if desired.
