JUDY'S GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
Garlic salt
1 c. bouillon
Small can mushrooms (drained)
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 c. sour cream mixed with 4 tbsp. flour

Salt and pepper ground beef and brown. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until onion is golden brown. Put all ingredients in crockpot and stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over buttered noodles or rice. Can be increased by half for 4 quart pot.
