1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
Sm. bits of ham
1 pkg. Pillsbury pastry pockets

Mix first four ingredients. Set aside. Flatten pastry pockets slightly with rolling pin or the hand. Divide mixture evenly on the pastry. Fold over to close; seal edges with a fork. Pierce tops slightly. Bake on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet at 350 degrees until brown, about 20-25 minutes.
