TWICE BAKED CHEESECAKE 
STEP 1:
1 inner pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

STEP II:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, 1 at a time
1 tsp. vanilla

STEP III:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

STEP I: Mix graham crackers and sugar; add melted butter and press into glass baking dish (11"x7").

STEP II: Beat ingredients with electric mixer until smooth. Pour over graham cracker crust and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 1/2 hour.

STEP III: Mix ingredients with electric mixer and pour over cooled cake. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and refrigerate.
