CHEESECAKE 
1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs

CRUST:

1 bag or 2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

CRUST: Melt butter. Mix ingredients together and pat in spring form pan.

Mix together sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.

TOPPING: Mix ingredients together and spread over cake. Bake 5 to 8 minutes at 300 degrees. Refrigerate in pan overnight. This cheesecake melts in your mouth!
