CHOCOLATE MALT CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1/3 c. unsalted butter
1 c. pretzel crumbs
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING;
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
3/4 c. chocolate malt powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir crust ingredients well and pat in bottom of 9" springform pan. Beat cheese in large bowl until fluffy, blend in milk. Add other ingredients and beat thoroughly. Pour into crust. Bake in 300 degree oven for 65 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool then chill. Garnish as desired.
