CHOCOLATE - MALT CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. chocolate malt powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Crust: Stir ingredients well, pat in bottom of 9 inch springform pan.

Filling: Beat cheese in large bowl until fluffy; blend in sweetened milk. Add other ingredients and beat thoroughly. Pour into crust. Bake in 300 degree oven for 65 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool, then chill.
