CHOCOLATE MALT CHEESECAKE 
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Stir ingredients well and pat in bottom of 9 inch spring form pan to form crust.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. chocolate malt powder
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Beat cheese in large bowl until fluffy; blend in condensed milk, add other ingredients and beat thoroughly. Pour onto crust.

Bake at 300 degrees for 65 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool, then chill.
