SAUSAGE-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 soup can of water
1 c. uncooked rice

Brown sausage and drain. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir gently to mix. Spoon into a casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Serves 12.
