RICE & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 c. rice
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown meat, add onion and celery. Add rice. Put in casserole. Mix 1 cup of water with soup. Add to mixture in casserole. Bake 1 hour and 350 degrees.
