SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean pork sausage (fry out drippings)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. old fashioned rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 sm. can mushrooms, juice and all
Cashew nuts (optional)

Saute onion, green pepper and celery in drippings. Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
