BAR - B - QUE 
2 to 3 lbs. roast, cut in pieces (2 pkgs. stew meat)
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook 6 hours on simmer in covered pan.
