BAR B QUE BEEF 
4 lbs. stew meat
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can tomatoes
2 med. onions
1 qt. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Worcestershire
4 cloves garlic
Dash hot pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large kettle or crock pot. Simmer uncovered 5 to 6 hours over low heat until beef falls into shreds. Mixture should be thick. Spread onto hamburger buns.
