BAR-B-QUE BEEF 
8 lb. pork shoulder butt, cubed (you can sub. beef, veal or deer)
2 qt. tomatoes
1 sm. bottle Worcestershire sauce (not quite)
5 tsp. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt

Mix together in large saucepan or crockpot. Cover and simmer for 4-6 hours. Cool; skim off fat. Break up with fingers. Serve on large rolls.
