MOTHER'S SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1 c. sm. bread cubes
3 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. cream
1/2 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain liquid from salmon and reserve. Mix all ingredients except egg whites and butter. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into the mixed ingredients. Put in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Melt butter in reserved liquid. Pour over loaf and bake a little longer until it is absorbed.
