SWEET HOT MUSTARD SAUCE 
1 c. Coleman's dry mustard
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
Pinch of salt

Mix mustard and vinegar and let stand for 2 hours. Add sugar, beaten eggs, and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Pour into sterile jars and let cool. Store in the refrigerator.
