3 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
2 tbsp. flavoring (vanilla, lemon, butternut)

Grease pans and set oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pinch off dough and roll medium size balls. Place on greased cookie sheet away from each other. Bake just until the edges are brown. Remove from pan. they will be soft but will harden as they cool. Makes about 5 to 6 dozen cookies.
