8 egg yolks
3 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
10 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together, except soda. Sift soda into the flour and pour in the mixture. Knead well and roll out; cut out and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
