GREAT GRANDMA'S TURKEY STUFFING 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 lg. pkg. stuffing
4 stalks celery
1 med. onion
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
Parsley
Thyme
Salt and pepper

Fry bacon (drain off 1/2 of drippings if extra fatty). Add celery, onions and seasonings to taste. Saute until onions are clear.

In large bowl, mix together package of stuffing, 1 egg and milk. Stir in bacon/onion/celery mixture. Stuff into turkey (not too tight). Bake remainder in glass casserole dish, 1 hour covered. Remove to brown top if desired about 20 minutes before serving. (Dot with butter for a brown crust.)
