CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE 
1 can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 c. Milnot
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
