RHUBARB CAKE | |
1 white or yellow cake mix 4 c. cut-up rhubarb 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Place cut-up rhubarb over cake mix. Sprinkle with sugar and pour whipping cream evenly over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Fruit will go to bottom forming a sort of custard. |
