RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
5 c. cut up rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or raspberry Jello
1 c. sugar
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. white cake mix

Put rhubarb in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with Jello. Sprinkle sugar over this. Top with marshmallows. Prepare cake mix according to directions on the box. Pour on top of marshmallows.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool about 5 minutes and remove from pan by placing it upside down on a foil tray or platter.
