RHUBARB-UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
5 cups cut up rhubarb 1 small box strawberry or raspberry jello 1 cup sugar 3 cup miniature marshmallows 1 box white cake mix Cut up rhubarb in 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle with strawberry or raspberry jello. Spread on sugar and marshmallows. Mix cake mix as directed and spread. Bake in 350°F oven for about 1 hour. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then remove to tray or platter. |
