RHUBARB CUSTARD CAKE 
Mix:

1 yellow cake mix

Mix as directed on package. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix:

5 c. chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 c. white sugar

Sprinkle on top of cake mix. Pour over all:

1 pt. whipping cream

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Custard forms on bottom. Serve plain or with a dab of whipped cream.
