RHUBARB CAKE 
5 c. chopped raw rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. dry strawberry Jello
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. pkg. white cake mix, prepared according to pkg. directions

Layer rhubarb, sugar, Jello and marshmallows. Pour prepared cake mix over these layers. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream.
