RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
5 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. mini marshmallows
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
1 box white cake mix without pudding

Mix rhubarb, sugar, Jello and marshmallows. Pat in bottom of greased 9"x13" pan. Prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour over above. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool. Serve with Cool Whip. Store in refrigerator.
