RHUBARB CAKE 
5 c. rhubarb
2 c. sugar
3 c. marshmallows
3 oz. box Jello (raspberry or strawberry)
1 yellow cake mix

Butter bottom of pan. Spread rhubarb on bottom of pan. Pour sugar over 1 cup small marshmallows. Then box raspberry or strawberry Jello on top. Mix cake and pour over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done.

NO COOK FROSTING:

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Karo syrup (white)
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
