RHUBARB CUSTARD CAKE 
4 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Mix rhubarb and sugar and set aside while preparing cake mix per instructions. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle rhubarb mixture over Pour unwhipped cream over all and bake about 1 hour. Invert, if desired, and serve warm or cold.
