RHUBARB CAKE 
6 c. cut up rhubarb
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (strawberry is recommended)
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 to 3/4 of a pkg. sm. marshmallows

Mix together rhubarb, sugar and Jello in a 9 x 13 1/2 pan. Sprinkle marshmallows over the mixture and dot with butter.

Mix cake mix according to package directions, pour batter over mixture and bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or until done. Top with spring back when done.
