BUTTERMILK COCONUT PIE 
1 stick butter, softened
5 eggs
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 unbaked pie shells
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Beat eggs. Combine with butter and sugar. Add coconut, buttermilk, coconut flavoring. Pour half mixture into each pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
