BUTTERMILK COCONUT PIE 
5 eggs
1 stick melted butter
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
2 c. sugar
1 (9") unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until pie is done.

If you wish to leave out the coconut, but you will need to increase the buttermilk to 1 cup.
