4 c. rhubarb, diced
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 c. whipping cream, unwhipped

Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Put in mix, then put rhubarb on top of cake mix and 1 cup of whipping cream, unwhipped. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
