CRABMEAT DELUXE CASSEROLE 
1 can artichoke hearts
1 lb. crab meat (or imitation)
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, halved
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sherry
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. parsley
Paprika and cayenne to taste

Place artichokes in bottom of buttered baking dish. Spread a layer of crabmeat.

Saute mushrooms. Layer on top of crabmeat. Melt butter in saucepan. Add everything except Parmesan cheese. Stir after each addition to make a smooth sauce. Pour sauce over artichoke, crabmeat, mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes. 6 servings.
