DELUXE GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (1 lb.) cans French cut green beans, drained
1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until onions are tender. Mix with remaining ingredients and bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
